Our STUDIO XII is located on the first floor of an apartment building. You can use stairs or elevator to reach the apartment. It was completely renovated in 2021. The apartment is fitted with 1 bedroom, 1bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining ares, a fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility of preparing meals. On the balcony you can relax with a view to the highest peak of the Karavenke - Stol (2236m). At the expense of the host you can enjoy a coffee from a coffee machine or a glas of Slovenian wine and some other extras. It has a free parking in the garage at the apartment building.

We are Miha and Neza. We live in Lesce. Bled was always our first choice where to spend sunny days around the lake on weekends. So we decided to buy a studio apartment there and be your hosts. Our first passion is naturem we love hiking. Miha's father has kennel of English Bulldogs so our second passion are dogs. We are relaxed and easy-going persons.

Our STUDIO XII is always perfectly clean because we care how our guests see it and feel comfortable. We speak Slovenian, English and Serbo-croatian. We love Slovenia, but still we have been in some European countries, our next plans for traveling are opened.

STUDIO XII is located in the centre of Bled in super-quiet apartment building. Supermarket, gas station, bakery, pharmacy and bus station are in range of 150m.
